1. What products do you offer?
We offer a variety of products, including clothing, cotton canvas tote bags, 20oz tumblers, 16oz sipper glasses, and luggage tags. You may also request custom products for your needs.
2. Do you offer custom or personalized items?
All of our products are personalized with a name, its spelling, and/or its pronuncation.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@bigbookofbuildings.com.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
Since our products are custom and made to order, we are not able to honor refunds or exchanges in most cases. However, not to fear! All orders are manually checked before being sent to the printer. We'll contact you if we highly suspect there's been a typo or other mistake.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US and Europe.
6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
